Lommel SK have secured a new striker. On the final day of the winter transfer window, the Green and White strengthen their squad with Robin van Duiven. The 19-year-old forward arrives from PSV, where he is the Keuken Kampioen Divisie’s joint second-highest scorer for Jong PSV with 14 goals in 22 matches. Lommel SK sign Van Duiven on loan for the rest of the season. At the Soevereinstadion, he will be a teammate of his older brother Jason van Duiven.
“We’ve been looking for targeted reinforcements for our squad over the past few weeks,” said Jeffrey van As, Sporting Director of Lommel SK. “We wanted to bring in someone who can strengthen the team immediately and help us achieve our goals for this season. Robin fits that profile perfectly. He has been in excellent scoring form in the Netherlands this year and is keen to join Lommel. We’re looking forward to having him in the squad as of tomorrow and seeing him in action in Lommel!"
