Lommel SK and four players – Yeboah Amankwah, Danny McGrath, Tsoanelo Letsosa and Hugo Weckmann – have mutually agreed to end their contracts with immediate effect.
Yeboah Amankwah joined from Manchester City’s academy in the summer of 2022. The English Ghanaian centre-back made 47 first-team appearances for the Greens-and-Whites over three seasons and also featured twice for Jong Lommel last season. Danny McGrath arrived at the Soevereinstadion a year later; since the summer of 2023 the Irish midfielder has played six matches for Lommel, providing one assist.
Tsoanelo Letsosa likewise moved to Lommel in the summer of 2023. The Scot, who has roots in Lesotho, made seven first-team appearances for LSK across two seasons. That same 2023 window also brought Hugo Weckmann from Mexico to Belgium. The young Mexican forward spent most of his minutes with Jong Lommel, scoring seven goals in 26 matches last season.
The club thanks the quartet for their commitment and wishes them every success in the next stage of their careers.
